My Target Marketing Plan

     My new Target Marketing Plan will sell your home FAST. First it is important that we do, a full market analysis, to determine the true value of your home. We do not want to be priced too high. Nor too low, but right at the market value. This is important, as your home will be shown to more than 300 people, during the first 4 weeks.

     Then we look at the demographics of the person who would most likely buy your home and then research in our computor system, to find the person that matches the demographics. The next step is to do a prearranged Mortgage on the home, to find who would qualify. At this point the computor produces a mail list of some 5000 or more possible families that could buy this home. Letters are sent to each of these, with all the details of this home together with the mortgage payment per month.

     This Target Market system, is used in other types of sales but never used for the sale of Real Estate. I seem to be the only one using this method. It requires a large investment into computor equipment and software programs.
